Nothing like a Crossfit WOD to get the adrenaline pumping.
Made it down to Crossfit Hub once again after a few months hiatus. Was so afraid it would hurt so badly. The WODs scare me! First time going for weekday evening session and it’s not as crowded as weekends!
Call me crazy but I happen to love lifting weights and doing stuff girls usually avoid. I do not subscribe to conventional wisdom! Will blog more about the workout soon. Am so tired, so sore all over now from all the barbell movements. I’m gonna sleep so well tonight! (:
